June 7: Private Tasting Experience at Convento Paraiso
Join us on June 7 from 3-5:30 p.m. at Convento Paraíso in Silves for a unique opportunity to taste wines produced at their adega, learn about its history, and the winemaking process. Originally built as a convent in the 12th century and nestled in the hills across the river Arade from Silves, Convento Paraíso is an example of history, terroir and culture coming together to produce excellent wines. This is an exclusive event for Terra Doce clients, and will include a buffet of light tapas, and an option for a vintage jeep tour of the vinyards!

September 7: Azores and Madeira Wine Tasting & Tapas
Explore wines produced in the Portuguese islands of the Azores and Madeira. You will learn about these unique regions, their grape growing techniques and winemaking methods and how they differ from wines from mainland Portugal. Bairrada Tasting & Tapas
In the first of our Wine Regions of Portugal tasting series, we offered guests the opportunity to sample wines from the Bairrada region of Portugal, while enjoying light tapas poolside at the beautiful Kinoah in Luz, Portugal. We explored the region of Bairrada – famous for its incredible sparkling wines – while also learning about the still whites and reds produced there, in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Algarve Wine Tasting Pairing Dinner
Terra Doce collaborated with Quinta Vale de Lama to create two exclusive dinners with local products and farm-grown produce, paired with local wines produced in the Algarve region. A chef-curated vegetarian menu paired with a variety of wines produced just down the road made for a fun opportunity to educate about Portuguese wines, grapes grown historically in the Algarve, and wine pairings for each course.
